If you have purchased a pre-packaged product through this website and are unhappy with anything simply ship back the unused product within 10 days of receipt of the product and we'll give you your money back, no questions asked.

This return policy does not apply to custom or special orders including Create-a-Scent or Add-a-Scent products. Due to the time and effort required to make these special orders we cannot accept returns. However, if you are purchasing large or multi-orders, we  do allow a sample bottle to be ordered before ordering large quantities.
